Training Programs:

ORCA has over 200 Technical and Non-Technical Training Programs available which have been developed over many years of experience to numerous clients' satisfaction. Courses can be custom designed to suit the clients specific needs and requirements.

Assessments of students' performance and capabilities are provided for client feedback and measurement. Student evaluations are also provided for the client's overall performance measurement of ORCA as an effective and quality Provider.

Training Consultants:

ORCA's International Training Consultants are specially selected for their extensive experience in training and development and also have wide experience in the Arabian Gulf Community, the Middle East and North Africa. They are highly qualified, skilled and innovative in their approach and in achieving the best results from the course participants.

Training Methodology & Support:

Training is highly interactive and uses the latest technology and training techniques to stimulate and encourage student learning potential. All training programs are supported by case studies, group discussion, exercises and role-play to involve participants. Presentation materials include electronic Data-Show presentations with graphical explanations and videos where appropriate. Student Manuals and Presentational Materials are to the highest quality and standards. Manuals are designed to be a useful course reference and also helpful and practical for 'follow through' learning and as a guide within the workplace. Practical, 'Hands On' and 'On the Job' Training can be arranged where suitable facilities are available.

Training Venues:

Training may be conducted at any suitably agreed venue with the normally-expected facilities. Practical sessions can be arranged where facilities and equipment etc are available. We can conduct training on-site throughout the Middle East as well as in UK and Cyprus.

Training & Development Proposals:

ORCA Training and Development Proposals contain the required Course Outline, Full CV of the proposed Training Consultant who will conduct the Course, together with the cost of the Training Program and any other associated costs.
