Terms and Conditions of Registration

Fees are due in full on completion and acceptance of the online registration form and include the cost of manuals and materials, CD's or other supporting documentation.

Fees also include lunch, coffee tea breaks and snacks.

Fees are non-refundable for cancellation, however a replacement is accepted for any other course for the same value of seminar.

A 5% discount is offered when two or more bookings from the same organisation / company are arranged.

Delegates are responsible for booking and making their own arrangements for accommodation, but ORCA will provide assistance and information about corporate hotel rates.

Assistance is also available in respect to visa applications and ORCA will issue a letter of invitation on full payment of course fees, if required.

A Certificate of Attendance will be issued to those who attend and successfully complete the seminar.
