Administration

Public Course Attendance:

A minimum number of six delegates are required for Public Courses, ORCA reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course if the course is undersubscribed. Delegates will be informed at least one week prior to the Public Course if any postponement is applicable and alternative dates will be offered.

Booking and Fees

Fees include: tuition and supporting materials, lunch, and coffee breaks, course notes and a certificate of achievement. A 5 % discount is offered when two or more bookings from the same organisation / company are arranged. Fees are payable when booking by cheque , telex transfer or bankers draft or at registration by cheque or bankers draft.

Postponement and Cancellation

If registration fees have been paid and a student cannot attend then he / she may nominate to attend another planned ORCA course, or nominate another person from his company to attend. In the case of cancellation 50% of tuition fees will be refunded if the cancellation is within two weeks prior to the course. Bookings are accepted at any time prior to the start of seminar but it is advised to book well in advance to reserve accommodation, particularly when the season of the year, or other events, put pressure on the availability of hotels.
